Bryan Brashears
FOUNDER, ATTORNEY
Bryan is a native Texan, grew up in Austin, and attended Saint Edwards’ University.
While studying law at Penn State, Bryan worked as a research assistant for the Honorable Samuel L. Bufford and Samuel C. Thompson and assisted the professors’ publication of “United States International Insolvency Law” and “Business Planning for Mergers and Acquisitions”, respectively.
After law school, Bryan returned to Texas, and began his legal career working for the state comptroller’s office, where he handled state’s crude oil and natural gas tax issues.
In 2017, Bryan began the Brashears Law Group, dedicating his attention to the legal needs for businesses.
Today, Bryan works with a variety of broad and complex legal matters.

Nathan Brown
ATTORNEY

Nathan focuses on every aspect of trademarks, copyrights, and patents from the registration phase all the way through litigation.

Jason A. Katims
ATTORNEY
Jason A. Katims is a native Texan. After receiving his BA in Political Science from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2010, Jason attended Washington University in St. Louis where he would graduate with his Juris Doctor in 2015.
Since receiving his law license in 2015, Jason has been working with clients across Texas, consulting in their criminal and civil matters and fiercely advocating for them in court.
When Jason is not advocating for his clients, he can be found enjoying live music or traveling.

Tracey Lee
PARALEGAL
Tracey Lee is a Texas native and grew up in Dallas. She attended El Centro College in Dallas where she earned her Paralegal A.A.S.
Tracey has worked in the legal industry for more than 15 years and has served as vice chair of the Probate section of the Dallas Area Paralegal Association.
Tracey is passionate about community involvement and enjoys volunteering, reading, live music and traveling.
